Cap-Haïtien, Census of merchants, artists and artisans

This week, the Northern Regional Office of the Ministry of Tourism conducted a survey of merchants, artists and artisans at the Cabo Haitiano Tourist Market (North).

This survey is part of a monitoring and support approach. It will allow the Ministry to inform decisions regarding market development, financial support, training, and the safety of traders.

The ultimate goal is to implement concrete actions to sustainably improve the sales conditions of these professionals, who are essential to the country's tourism vitality.

This initiative demonstrates the Ministry of Tourism's commitment to strengthening its relationship with merchants and, together with them, building a more structured and dignified work environment, more conducive to the promotion of the country's commercial and cultural heritage.
